2. Submission Guidelines

- Video Content: 15-60 seconds in length, with clear visuals and audible audio (no significant background noise). Content may focus on service experiences, usage impressions, or collaboration insights. No professional editing required—raw footage or simple edits are acceptable. Landscape or portrait orientation is permitted.

- Additional Notes: Materials must be original creations by the customer, free of copyright disputes. Plagiarism or reposting others' work is prohibited. Submission grants us authorization to use the materials for legitimate promotional purposes (including but not limited to official websites, social media feeds, promotional posters, etc.), excluding illegal uses.
