1. Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes, purchases don’t go as planned. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Custom orders, special-order items, and clearance stock cannot be returned for a change of mind.

2. Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive a faulty, defective, or damaged item, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the nature of the fault.
  • Require photographic evidence and/or an inspection.
  • Need the faulty product returned (we may cover return shipping costs in eligible cases).

This policy applies within a reasonable period under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

4. Warranty Claims

Products sold by New Wave Living may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Proof of purchase is required.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
