1. Shipping Locations
We currently only ship within Perth metro areas. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
- The size, weight, and quantity of items.
- The delivery location.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch,
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on location and products, generally 2-5 business days.
Delays may occur due to external factors such as weather, supply chain disruptions, or peak periods.
5. Click & Collect (Wangara, Perth)
Customers can pick up orders from our Wangara location during business hours. Please bring the invoice copy when collecting.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the packaging and product for assessment.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where necessary.
7. Undeliverable Orders & Re-Delivery Fees
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect details provided or no one being available to receive the order:
- A re-delivery fee may apply.
- Orders that are returned to us due to non-collection may be subject to a restocking fee.
